Do You Exercise?

I do. At least twice a week. I go to an exercise class held at my local community center. It’s a great program that I’ve been doing for a few years. The instructor includes a lot of aspects of exercise including stretching, balance, muscle tone and relaxation.

I know I should do it more than twice a week. I’ve often considered getting some videos or DVDs to exercise at home. Particularly once winter sets in and I head out the door even less and less.

I spotted XFLOWSION on the Internet. While I can’t imagine ever looking like one of the models on the page, what caught my attention was that the program meshes together a workout from martial arts, power yoga and dance. This makes it sound a bit like my regular exercise class which is also a whole lot more than just abdominal crunches.

I really do need to try another exercise program because I do feel I’ve reached a plateau. XFLOWSION™ claims that with new, constantly changing moves, it can break through that plateau and get the body continually improving. And doing it while never getting me bored. I have to admit the site makes it look like it would be a lot of fun.
