This JUST landed in my email. Note the date, in the email, that this change in TOS took (that's right - TOOK) affect. Like all things with Brring, their emails, like their payments, are LATE!!!
We write to alert you to changes in the Brring beta Terms of Service.
In an effort to streamline our operations and to free up numbers for new members, as of August 1, 2008 accounts that have not received any inbound calls in the previous sixty (60) days will be considered permanently inactive. This means we will re-assign the Brring number, and the previous holder will not be able to sign in to Brring with their private number and the password they created.
You will receive a separate reminder via email letting you know whether this inactive status applies to you. In the future you will receive a reminder at forty-five (45) days of inactivity letting you know you are approaching this status.
Should you be placed in permanently inactive status but have valid reward redemption requests outstanding WE WILL STILL HONOR YOUR REWARD REQUESTS. Other rewards will be forfeit.
We appreciate your continued patience with our reward request processing.
